After more than four decades of making us laugh, Jim Carrey is ready to bid adieu to the spotlight ¹. During an interview with Access Hollywood, the comedian expressed his desire to retire from acting, stating, “I’m being fairly serious” about it ¹. Carrey’s remarkable career has given us some of the most iconic movies of all time, such as “The Truman Show,” “Ace Ventura,” and “Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind”
The comedian has been feeling fairly satisfied with his career and doesn’t seem to mind closing this chapter of his life ¹. When asked if he’d be willing to consider working on a new project, Carrey said it would take a script “written in gold ink” to convince him
Carrey has been keen on leading a quiet life, focusing on his art, spirituality, and peace ¹.
