“Anna Delvey Fires Back at ‘The View’ & Whoopi Goldberg: $20M Lawsuit Claims Defamation & ‘Malicious’ Accusations

In a shocking turn of events, socialite Anna Delvey has filed a $20 million lawsuit against ‘The View’ and its co-host Whoopi Goldberg, alleging defamation and “malicious” accusations.

The lawsuit stems from a recent episode of the talk show, where Goldberg and co-hosts Joy Behar and Sunny Hostin criticized Delvey’s upcoming appearance on ‘Dancing with the Stars’.

The hosts claimed that Delvey, who has been open about her past financial struggles, shouldn’t be allowed on the show because she still owes money to various individuals.

Delvey’s lawsuit alleges that the hosts’ comments were “false”, “damaging”, and “maliciously” intended to harm her reputation. The lawsuit also claims that Goldberg and ‘The View’ producers refused to apologize or retract their statements, despite Delvey’s requests.

“Anna Delvey is a victim of cyberbullying and harassment by ‘The View’ and its hosts,” Delvey’s lawyer said in a statement. “We will not stand idly by while our client’s reputation is dragged through the mud by false and defamatory accusations.”

Goldberg and ‘The View’ have yet to comment on the lawsuit. However, insiders say the talk show hosts are “standing by their comments” and are “prepared to fight” the lawsuit.

The drama between Delvey and ‘The View’ has sparked a heated debate on social media, with fans and critics weighing in on both sides of the issue. Stay tuned for further updates on this developing story!”
