A judge has ruled that the former talk show host must remain in a court-mandated treatment facility, where she will receive medical and psychiatric care.

Experts determined that her mental health condition had deteriorated to a point where she could no longer care for herself safely. A spokesperson for Williams’ legal guardian released a statement following the ruling:
