Jennifer Lopez Grants first interview after divorce with Ben Afflecks, Opens Up About Her love, sex and drugs addiction and her Journey of Self-Discovery

In an exclusive interview, Jennifer Lopez speaks candidly about her recent experiences and the lessons she’s learned along the way. After a tumultuous year, Lopez has emerged stronger and wiser, with a newfound appreciation for life and love.

“I’ve always been a strong person, but I realized I was addicted to the thrill of being in love,” Lopez admits. “I was chasing the high, the excitement, and the passion. But I forgot to take care of myself in the process.”

Lopez reveals that she’s been on a journey of self-discovery, focusing on her own personal growth and well-being. “I’ve learned to love myself, flaws and all,” she says with a smile. “I’ve discovered that true happiness comes from within, and I’m grateful for that realization.”

When asked about her regrets, Lopez pauses thoughtfully before responding. “I wish I had taken more time for myself, to reflect and recharge. But I’m not dwelling on the past. I’m excited for the future and the new experiences that await me.”
