Justin Bieber Opens Up About Rare Neurological Disorder Diagnosis: ‘I’m Focusing on Recovery
Pop sensation Justin Bieber has revealed that he’s been diagnosed with Ramsay Hunt Syndrome (RHS), a rare neurological disorder that affects the facial nerve. The 29-year-old singer took to social media to share the news with his fans, assuring them that he’s receiving treatment and focusing on recovery.
‘I want to be transparent about my health journey,’ Bieber wrote in a heartfelt post. ‘Recently, I was diagnosed with RHS, which has caused facial paralysis and affected my ability to perform. I’m doing everything I can to recover and get back to doing what I love.’
Bieber explained that he’s been experiencing symptoms like facial drooping, tingling, and hearing loss, which initially concerned him. However, after consulting with medical professionals, he’s now undergoing treatment and therapy to manage his condition.
‘I’m learning to adapt to this new challenge and prioritize my health,’ Bieber said. ‘I appreciate your love and support during this time – it means the world to me.’
