In a fiery statement posted on X, musician and outspoken conservative Kid Rock called on President Donald Trump to maintain focus and respond with overwhelming military force against Iran following the Islamic Republic’s provocative missile attack on the U.S.-controlled Al Udeid Air Base in Qatar. The attack, which occurred on Monday, June 23, 2025, involved Iran launching at least six ballistic missiles targeting the largest U.S. military installation in the Middle East, escalating tensions in an already volatile region.

Kid Rock, known for his unapologetic patriotism and support for Trump, took to X to express his outrage, writing: “Iran’s got the nerve to fire missiles at our boys in Qatar? @realDonaldTrump, stay locked in, sir! Hit ‘em back with everything we got—make ‘em regret this. America don’t play! #MAGA #BombIran.” The post, which quickly garnered thousands of likes and reposts, reflects the sentiment of many Trump supporters who view Iran’s actions as a direct challenge to U.S. sovereignty and military might.

The Iranian missile strike, described by Tehran as a “mighty and successful response” to recent U.S. airstrikes on Iran’s nuclear facilities, targeted Al Udeid Air Base, home to approximately 10,000 U.S. troops and a critical hub for U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) operations. Qatari air defenses reportedly intercepted the missiles, and no casualties or significant damage were reported, but the attack prompted Qatar to close its airspace and issue a strong condemnation, calling it a “flagrant violation” of its sovereignty.

Kid Rock’s call for a robust military response aligns with his long-standing advocacy for a strong U.S. military presence and decisive action against perceived threats. The 54-year-old rocker, whose real name is Robert James Ritchie, has been a vocal supporter of Trump since his first presidential campaign in 2016, often performing at MAGA rallies and using his platform to champion conservative causes. His latest remarks come amid heightened global tensions following U.S. strikes on Iran’s nuclear sites at Natanz, Fordow, and Isfahan, which Trump described as a “spectacular military success.”

Iran’s attack on Al Udeid is seen by many as a calculated retaliation for the U.S. and Israeli strikes, which severely damaged Tehran’s nuclear program. Iranian officials, including those from the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), claimed the missile strike was a “clear and explicit” warning to the U.S., asserting that Iran would not tolerate attacks on its sovereignty. Some reports suggest Iran deliberately targeted a non-populated area of the base to signal a measured response, potentially aiming to avoid further escalation.

However, Kid Rock’s statement dismisses any notion of de-escalation, urging Trump to “bomb the hell out of ‘em” and restore America’s dominance in the region. His rhetoric echoes the sentiments of hardline conservatives who believe a show of overwhelming force is necessary to deter further Iranian aggression. “We can’t let these guys think they can mess with us and walk away,” Kid Rock added in a follow-up post. “Time to show the world what happens when you cross the red, white, and blue.”

President Trump has yet to respond directly to Kid Rock’s comments, but reports indicate he is closely monitoring the situation from the White House Situation Room alongside Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth and other top military advisors.
