Meghan Markle banned from seeing the Royals

Meghan Markle’s recent attempts to foster a reconciliation between her husband and his brother might have been shot down in flames as she is “restricted” to seeing just three members of the Royal Family but which ones? Markle and Prince Harry, Dutchess and Duke of Sussex, broke away from the British monarchy at the end of 2021 when they stood down as working royals, and since then they’ve made a string of controversial revelations about the Crown.

But in the wake of King Charles III being diagnosed with cancer, she attempted to reach out to the Princess of Wales to see if they could begin to repair the damaged bridges. Despite that, Markle could still be restricted to only seeing three members of the family if she ever returns to the United Kingdom, which she’s thought to be doing in May for the 10th anniversary of the Invictus Games.

“They could be confined, I think,” Jennie Bond, a royal expert, said to New Magazine. “To meetings with [King] Charles – and perhaps [Princesses] Eugenie and Beatrice. “The rest of the family would have to think hard about the implications of meeting Harry and Meghan.”

Repairing the relationship is something which is something Prince William is unwilling to do and that is where the problem is. People will need to choose Harry or William. With King Charles having cancer, it’s unclear how long the 75-year-old will live for and as the heir, William will ascend to the throne making people think twice about whether they want to get on the bad side of the future King.
