NFL prospect Xavier Worthy earned the praise of Miami Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill and Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes after officially breaking the 40-yard dash record with a time of 4.21 seconds during the 2024 NFL Scouting Combine on Saturday at Lucas Oil Stadium.
Worthy, 20, is a wide receiver out of the University of Texas at Austin. Coming into the combine, he was considered the fifth best option at his position, which will likely change after the historic 40.
