Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s chief of staff quits after only 3 months ahead of couple’s Colombia trip

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s Chief of Staff Departs After Just 3 Months

In a surprise move, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s chief of staff, Alexandra “Alex” Thompson, has resigned from her position after only three months on the job. Thompson, a highly respected and experienced professional, was brought on to lead the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s team in May.

According to sources close to the couple, Thompson’s departure was amicable and came as a result of “creative differences” regarding the direction of the couple’s charitable endeavors. Thompson had been instrumental in shaping the couple’s post-royal life, including their high-profile trip to Colombia, which is still scheduled to take place later this month.

“Alex is an incredibly talented and dedicated individual, and we are grateful for her contributions to our team,” said a spokesperson for the couple. “We wish her all the best in her future endeavors.”

Thompson’s departure has sparked speculation about the inner workings of the Sussexes’ team, with some sources suggesting that the couple may be re-evaluating their approach to their charitable work. However, insiders insist that the couple remains committed to their causes and will continue to work tirelessly to make a positive impact.
