Following his concert in the city as part of his tour, Bieber was seen stepping out of the luxurious Fasano Hotel with the woman, who was dressed in a mini-dress, while the pop star kept it casual in a T-shirt and distressed jeans.
The pair appeared to be enjoying each other’s company as they leaned in closely, exchanged laughs, and showed each other photos on their phones. At one point, Bieber reportedly leaned in for a kiss while they were in the back of a limousine. The singer has been taking some time to explore Rio during his tour, including a hike in the rainforest .
