Most recently asking $999,900, the Reading, Pennsylvania, property initially listed for $1.099 million in February, and underwent the $100,000 price cut in mid-March. Located on a 0.75 acre lot, the 3,560-square-foot home was built in 1929 and features a backyard swimming pool and two-car garage, according to the listing.

Listing photos of the interior show a formal dining room, spacious entry foyer, fireplaces in both the living room and the den, and a large open kitchen that opens onto a breakfast area with double doors leading out into the home’s backyard.

“The property is a unique combination of old world charm with modern updates and amenities,” Eric P.
