Taylor Swift Hit it Off With Patrick Mahomes’ Wife Brittany
Chiefs stars Travis Kelce and Patrick Mahomes have a tight relationship but the special women in their lives are also getting close, with Taylor Swift and Brittany enjoying a night out
Taylor Swift and Brittany Mahomes had a girls’ night out in New York City ahead of the Kansas City Chiefs’ NFL clash with the New York Jets at the Metlife Stadium on Sunday. Swift, 33, and Chiefs star tight end Travis Kelce, 33, are in the honeymoon phase of their romance, with the 12-time Grammy Awards winner attending last weekend’s win over the Chicago Bears at Arrowhead. Swift sat alongside Kelce’s mom, Donna, and was seen wildly celebrating Kelce’s touchdown.
The pair were then seen together later that night in Kelce’s 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle SS convertible. It’s been claimed Swift will be at MetLife this weekend for Kansas City’s date with the Jets. Ahead of the game, Swift invited Brittany Mahomes, the wife of Kelce’s Chiefs teammate Patrick Mahomes, on a night out in New York City. Mahomes joined Swift, Blake Lively and Sophie Turner at Emilio’s Ballato in Soho.
Swift and Brittany hit it off last weekend at the Chiefs’ afterparty, where they were seen downing shots together. And the fact Mahomes is now hanging out with Swift and her friends speaks volumes about the way their relationship has already blossomed.
Kelce and Patrick Mahomes have a close bond, and there appears to be an effort from Swift to make a good impression with those close to him. On the NYC outing, Swift wore a little black dress with black strappy heels, a black purse, and a belt. Kelce, meanwhile, went out with his own group of pals.
He enjoyed a meal at Meduza Mediterrania in the Meatpacking district, arriving at 9:30 p.m. wearing sneakers, pinstripe pants, a black baseball cap, and a graphic tee. The Daily Mail has also reported that Kelce and Swift have already made Halloween plans at the end of the month.
A Barbie theme appears to be the direction for the hottest celebrity couple, with Kelce as Ken. “The whirlwind that this relationship has started is something that Taylor is familiar with, and Travis is OK with,” the source told the outlet. “[Kelce] wants to get in as much time as possible with her before she embarks on her international tour.”
