Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce is embracing his role as both a Super Bowl champion and Taylor Swift’s biggest fan — and he’s not afraid to admit he’s loving every second of it.
In a recent interview, Kelce opened up about attending Swift’s sold-out Eras Tour shows and the joy of having her return the favor by showing up at his NFL games. For him, it’s not about the spotlight — it’s about sharing the experience.
“I get to be the plus one,” Kelce said with a smile. “I get to watch her do her thing in front of tens of thousands of people, and it’s unbelievable. Then she comes to my games and does the same for me — it’s pretty special.”
Kelce, known for his on-field dominance and larger-than-life personality, described being in the crowd at one of Swift’s concerts as a completely different kind of thrill.
“The energy is insane,” he explained. “She’s out there for three-plus hours, singing, dancing, connecting with the crowd — it’s inspiring. I just try to match that energy on Sundays.”
