Travis Kelce Super Bowl rage at Andy Reid might never be heard

Travis Kelce might be dating Taylor Swift and he might be a three-time Super Bowl champion after the Kansas City Chiefs defeated the San Francisco 49ers in overtime in a thrilling 25-22 win, but he’s attracted a lot of attention and criticism for almost knocking his head coach, Andy Reid, to the floor whilst embroiled with rage.

The moment came during the second quarter when the 34-year-old was pulled from the field in favor of Isiah Pacheco as Reid looked to pull off a specialist play. Clearly something Kelce wasn’t happy about, when his replacement fumbled the fall, the tight end’s lid completely blew off.

He went raging over to Reid and screamed in his face whilst Reid paid no notice until he was knocked off balance by the force of Kelce’s anger as he bumped into him, almost sending the 65-year-old senior crashing to the turf.

But now we may never know what the future Hall of Famer said, and Kelce has since admitted that he was out of order and was wrong to speak to his boss like that whilst some fans are worried about how his anger may affect Swift behind closed doors.

The reason for that is because the group handling the microphone volumes, Inside the NFL, elected to play Tony Romo’s commentary instead before moving onto analysis of the game from Channing Crowder, Chris Long and Ryan Clark.

Furthermore, two sources claimed that the Chiefs have blocked NFL Films and Inside the NFL from broadcasting the clip, with one even suggesting the action came from Reid himself, although there is no evidence of that yet.

When is the NFL back?
With the conclusion of Super Bowl LVIII, the Chiefs are once again the dominant force in the game and in 2024 they will bid to win three consecutive Super Bowls after going back-to-back with Patrick Mahomes.

But when will they get the chance to take to the Arrowhead Stadium again? That will come on September 5, 2024 when the Chiefs will open the season on Thursday Night Football although nobody knows who they will play yet.

Super Bowl LIX will take place on February 9, 2025 at the Caesars Superdome which hosts the New Orleans Saints.
