Robert Pattinson is in talks to team up with Jennifer Lawrence for a new thriller from Lynne Ramsay.
According to Deadline, Pattinson is in negotiations to star opposite Lawrence for the first time ever in the upcoming thriller Die, My Love.
Directed by Ramsay, who co-wrote the script alongside Enda Walsh, Die, My Love tells the story of a mother who is struggling to maintain her sanity while battling psychosis. It is currently unclear who Pattinson would play in the story, which is set in a remote and forgotten rural area.
Taking on producing duties are Martin Scorsese and Andrea Calderwood as well as Justine Ciarrocchi and Lawrence under their Excellent Cadaver banner.
Elsewhere, Pattinson’s remake of the 1981 cult classic horror film Possession recently received an exciting update after finding a home at Paramount Pictures following a bidding war.
Pattinson is on board to direct the horror remake through his production company Icki Eneo Arlo but has not yet been confirmed as a star.
Smile director Parker Finn will pen the script as well as direct and produce the film, which tells the story of a spy named Mark who returns home to find his wife Anna wants a divorce.
